Ages 6–12Belt-rank progression, focus, and confidence that show up at school. Recreational 1 trains one day a week, Recreational 2 trains two — you pick the days.

Is the trial class really free?
Yes. The trial class is normally $15, but every new student gets our new-student discount, which makes it completely free. No card, no obligation — just come try a class.
How young can my child start?
Our Little Dragons program starts at age 4. Classes are short, high-energy, and built around listening, balance, and confidence — not contact.
Am I too old or too out of shape to start?
Not at all. Our teen and adult programs welcome every age and every fitness level, and Tuesday Hapkido is built around practical self-defense for everyday adults. Every black belt here started as a white belt.
What should we wear to the trial class?
Comfortable workout clothes — a t-shirt and athletic pants are perfect. Bare feet on the mat. You don't need to buy anything for your trial.
Can parents watch the class?
Always. We have a comfortable viewing area, and parents are welcome to watch every single class — not just the first one.
How much do memberships cost?
Come try your free class first! Afterward, your instructor will walk you through the membership options in person and help you pick what fits your family — no pressure, no surprises.
